Seating plans are great for any event or wedding

Here at More Than Just Print, we offer printed seating plans for use at any event. – Printed seating plans are printed onto Foamex Boards. Foamex is a lightweight board but it is thick enough to stand up straight on an easel or propped up against a wall. The printed seating plans can also be attached to walls. our seating plans are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Product Specification for Seating Plans

• All of our Table plans are printed digitally onto a self-adhesive material and then applied to your desired thickness of the board. This is to ensure the best possible print. After the product is trimmed you cannot notice the self-adhesive vinyl
• Choose from a 3mm thickness or a 5mm thickness. If you are looking for thicker options, talk to one of our supervisors by using the online chat
• We trim each board to your required size
• Printed seating plans are lightweight and easy to install
• Because Printed Foamex is a flexible and durable material, it can be stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface
• Our boards are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use
• M1/B1 fire-rated to comply with the U.K. and European fire safety standards

Bespoke Design / Artwork

Supplying your own table plan artwork?

You can supply your own artwork and we can print directly from your file. For a detailed description of how to set up your artwork, please refer to our Artwork Setup Guides. In order to ensure that your artwork is print-ready. If you would like a high-quality photo printed onto board we will need an excellent quality photo to get the best image from your file.

In need of a design service?

Alternatively, we have an in-house Graphic Design Studio that can assist. Allow our graphic designers to create a bespoke image for your printed Foamex Board. We also recommend perfect table plan (www.perfecttableplan.com). This site allows you to create your own seating plans and table plans that can be downloaded and used to upload to our website.

 

Uploading your artwork designs?

To produce the perfect printed seating plans, we love a PDF file. However, if you don’t have a PDF file, send us a Word, Excel file, and we will send you back a PDF proof. If you want to convert your file to PDF yourself, click on our help page. We can print from either High-Resolution PDF files or JPEG files.
